We are committed to multi-agency training whenever this is possible and we are the first training company in the UK to offer teleclass training for foster carers at NVQ Level 3

We Are: a group of skilled trainers and project managers. The many years experience of both the directors and associates enables us to provide courses ranging from child protection to the care of the elderly, from domestic violence to working with asylum seekers, and include Approved Social Worker training. We offer training courses, workshops, conferences, training packs, learning materials and a practice development consultancy service. Courses range from half-day seminars to ninety-day programmes leading to nationally recognised awards

Our Training Methods: include the input of information, together with large and small group discussion, skills practice through exercises - individually and in pairs. Overheads, handouts, videos, book-lists and case studies are all used to promote learning

We recognise: that prejudice and discrimination, both on a personal and institutional level, need to be addressed in a constructive and positive fashion. This approach is perceived as a thread running through all training, not simply as an "add-on" item. We welcome local guidelines that assist in this approach to anti-discriminatory practice, and it is a fundamental principle to support wholeheartedly any local policies that set high standards in this respect

We believe: that all course participants have a valid and valuable contribution to make. Learning will be supported in a safe environment in which it is possible to take risks and make mistakes. Both client and professional confidentiality will be respected, whilst recognising the nature of child protection work and it's obligations. Participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning, and to enjoy the process of enhancing their skills and increasing knowledge
